Nifty Programs / Utilities (Windows)
Jlookup JLookUp is a Japanese<->English dictionary program. (EDICT)
JWPce is a Japanese Word Processor application. It has a built in dictionary function.
AppLocale is a very neat utility that allows you to specify a specific locale for an application. (Set programs to Japanese locale in your English Microsoft Windows XP)
